The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything in the city. Transportation was very convenient, with bus and tram stops just a couple of minutes away, and even a line that takes you to the airport. The staff during the day shift was always helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were spacious, modern, and clean. The breakfast included a good variety of options, including typical French items and Mediterranean choices.

Friendly staff, helped with maps, provided water for 3 people. Coffee/tea always available on the ground floor. Soft bed, spacious suite worth the extra cost. Comfortable sofa bed for child, great view on quiet top floor. Clean rooms, nice English-speaking staff. Good location near local bar and restaurant street. Calm environment, excellent service from an English staff member.
